We are supporting an international luxury real estate developer in building a strong in-house technical design capability in Latvia.
This role is not a classic Interior Designer position. We are looking for a CAD / BIM-focused Architect / Design Engineer – someone who enjoys working with drawings, technical detail, and structured project delivery within high-end, complex architectural environments.
You will be responsible for translating design concepts into precise, production-ready drawings and BIM models, supporting the delivery of ultra-premium real estate projects across international markets.
What You’ll Do
Technical Design & Drawings
- Develop detailed architectural and interior drawings in AutoCAD (DWG)
- Translate concept designs into accurate, build-ready technical documentation
- Produce layouts, sections, details, and technical packages for execution
BIM Modeling & Coordination
- Build and maintain BIM models (Revit / ArchiCAD)
- Ensure consistency between drawings, models, and specifications
- Identify and resolve design clashes in collaboration with architects and engineers
Project Delivery & Structure
- Work within a corporate, deadline-driven environment with multiple parallel projects
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and external stakeholders
- Support design coordination across international teams (UAE / India / Europe)
Design Support
- Contribute to mood boards and material selections
- Assist in aligning technical solutions with design intent and brand standards
What You Bring
- Architectural education (required)
- Strong experience in technical design, drafting, and project documentation
- Advanced proficiency in:
- AutoCAD (DWG) – must-have
- BIM tools (Revit / ArchiCAD) – must-have
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and model-based coordination
- Fluent English (working language in international projects)
- Experience working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented, precise, and comfortable with high responsibility and ownership
- Demonstrated stability (ideally long tenure within one company / studio)
- Engineering mindset – strong technical focus over pure creativity
- Strong sense of design, with a clear focus on execution and accuracy
- Comfort operating in a corporate setup with clear hierarchy and processes
- Ability or willingness to lead a small team (1-2 people) over time
