Head of B2B Sales

We’re supporting an international payments company in hiring a Head of B2B Sales to lead commercial growth across high-risk industries and build long-term payment partnerships across Europe and international markets.

This is a senior, highly commercial role for someone who understands the full payment flow — from PSPs, acquirers, and banking partners through to merchants, affiliates, and end clients. The company is looking for a person who can not only bring business, but structure and scale the entire B2B sales direction around complex payment infrastructure.

The ideal candidate already has a strong network in high-risk verticals such as iGaming, gambling, betting, Forex, crypto, affiliate marketing, or similar industries, and understands how payment routing, approvals, risk appetite, and processing stability directly impact merchant operations.

Fixed salary + aggressive commission structure

What You’ll Do

  • Build and lead the company’s B2B sales direction across card processing, APMs, and crypto payments
  • Develop payment flows and commercial structures between providers, acquirers, PSPs, and merchants
  • Own the full merchant lifecycle — from first contact through onboarding, launch, and relationship growth
  • Bring and expand a network of merchants and partners within high-risk industries
  • Identify new acquiring, banking, and payment partnership opportunities
  • Work closely with compliance, risk, operations, and technical teams to ensure stable processing flows
  • Structure scalable sales processes, commercial pipelines, and partner management frameworks
  • Negotiate commercial terms with merchants and payment providers
  • Monitor approval ratios, routing quality, transaction performance, and operational bottlenecks from a business perspective
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and partner meetings
  • Contribute to overall commercial strategy and international expansion plans

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in B2B payments, merchant acquiring, PSPs, or payment infrastructure
  • Existing network within high-risk industries such as iGaming, Forex, crypto, betting, affiliate marketing, or similar sectors
  • Deep understanding of payment flows, processing logic, risk appetite, and merchant operations
  • Experience selling card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), crypto processing, or related payment services
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on commercially
  • Experience building or scaling B2B sales functions in fintech or payments environments
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Fluent Russian and/or Ukrainian required; English working proficiency mandatory
  • Ability to work from Warsaw and travel when required
