Head of Processing / C-Level Business Developer

We’re hiring a C-level leader to head the Processing Division for a fast-growing international fintech group operating in high-risk segments.

This is not a standard executive role – we’re looking for a partner and growth driver, someone who combines deep payment processing expertise, strategic vision, and industry connections across banking, PSP, EMI, and acquiring networks.

If you have a proven track record in building and scaling processing solutions (crypto, fiat, or acquiring) and want to lead a business line with direct profit impact – this is your opportunity to shape an entire direction from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the company’s Processing Division (crypto, fiat, acquiring).
• Build and manage a strong network of partners: banks, EMI, PSPs, APMs, and merchants.
• Design and execute the commercial and growth strategy for the processing vertical.
• Develop and optimize schemes and integrations tailored to high-risk client segments.
• Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with payment providers and acquirers.
• Expand the company’s footprint across EU and LATAM markets.
• Create a scalable business model and manage its P&L performance.

What You Bring

• Proven background as a CEO, Head of Processing, or Chief Business Development Officer in top-tier fintech or payment processing companies.
• Deep expertise in high-risk processing, gambling, and crypto payments.
• Strong personal network across EMI, PSP, and acquiring banks.
• Track record of building and monetizing strategic partnerships within the payment ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of European and LATAM payment market dynamics.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset focused on commercial growth and innovation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a strong plus.
