A fast-growing international luxury real estate developer with headquarters in Dubai — delivering iconic, branded luxury projects in collaboration with big luxury brands— is expanding its creative team in Latvia. The company specializes in signature architectural concepts, ultra-premium residential properties, and globally recognized landmark developments across the UAE, Europe, and India.
To support the growing portfolio of high-end projects, we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer — someone who understands premium materials, refined aesthetics, brand alignment, and the expectations of UHNW clients. This is not a mass-market role. We are looking for a designer with proven experience delivering sophisticated, high-budget, detail-driven interiors.
What You’ll Do
- Develop interior design concepts for luxury residential and branded real estate projects (UAE, Italy, India)
- Translate architectural vision into refined interior solutions aligned with brand identity and positioning
- Create mood boards, space planning solutions, material selections, FF&E specifications
- Prepare design presentations for clients and senior leadership
- Coordinate with architects, engineering teams, suppliers, and contractors
- Oversee implementation to ensure design integrity and execution quality
- Source premium materials, custom furniture, and bespoke design elements
- Participate in site visits and supervise realization of interiors internationally
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong background in high-end / luxury projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end residential, hospitality, or branded real estate projects
- Deep understanding of luxury materials, custom furniture, lighting design, and detailing
- Experience working with international clients or premium brands
- Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and spatial balance
- Proficiency in design tools (AutoCAD, 3D visualization software, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Fluent English (working language for international projects)
- Highly detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment
