Compensation: €2,500-5,000 gross/month
We’re supporting an international tech company in hiring a Legal Counsel to join their legal team in Riga. The role covers a wide scope — from corporate governance across multiple jurisdictions to IP, transfer pricing, and group structuring. You’ll be working alongside the finance, product, and leadership teams on strategic and day-to-day matters.

What You’ll Do
- Support corporate law matters, reorganisations, incorporations, and governance across jurisdictions
- Draft and manage intra-group agreements (e.g. service, licensing)
- Cooperate with Finance on transfer pricing setup and documentation
- Monitor compliance with local and international TP regulations (OECD, etc.)
- Advise on IP strategy and manage trademark and copyright registrations
- Ensure proper ownership registration for technology and brand assets
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters
- Monitor legislative changes and support internal compliance
- Provide proactive legal advice across a wide range of business issues
What You Bring
- Law degree and solid legal experience in a similar role
- Fluency in Latvian and English (working languages)
- Familiarity with TP, tax law, and intercompany structures
- Experience in IP and software-related legal topics
- Background in IT, fintech, gaming, sportsbetting or tax advisory — a plus
- Confidence in managing cross-border tasks and priorities
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and coordination skills
- Self-driven, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
