Sales Manager

We are supporting an international payment infrastructure provider operating in high-risk industries such as betting, iGaming, FX, and e-commerce. The company builds scalable payment solutions across multiple jurisdictions, working with banks, acquirers, and alternative payment providers worldwide.

This role is focused on active merchant acquisition and full-cycle B2B sales within the high-risk segment, with a strong emphasis on the European market.


What You’ll Do

  • Actively attract and onboard new merchants in high-risk industries
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiations, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Support clients from first contact through onboarding and launch
  • Coordinate closely with compliance, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth merchant activation
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve individual sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with short sales and onboarding cycles

What You Bring

  • B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or high-risk industries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
  • High level of self-organization and result orientation
  • Fluent English
  • Existing industry network or warm contacts is a strong advantage
