Senior Analyst

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to build and maintain institutional knowledge of its acquiring business. This is a business-focused role rather than a technical or programming position. The successful candidate will understand the card-acquiring and payments business end to end, act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external documentation, and ensure that institutional knowledge remains accurate, accessible, and up to date. The role reports to the CTO.

You will begin by developing a thorough understanding of the client’s business, needs, and expectations. Once you have mastered the fundamentals, your primary responsibilities will focus on maintaining this institutional knowledge and helping the wider team use it effectively.
