Senior Full-Stack Developer / Team Lead

We are supporting a growing technology company in hiring an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of its software development projects.

The company focuses on e-commerce platforms, payment-related solutions and digital products. As the business continues to grow, it is looking for a highly independent, hands-on developer who can take full responsibility for building new solutions, improving existing systems and delivering projects from concept to production.

We are looking for a Senior Developer ready to take immediate ownership of technical decisions and lead a small development team. This role offers a clear growth path: from Team Lead to CTO, with significant responsibility and influence from day one.

What You Will Do

• Independently design, develop and maintain e-commerce websites, payment-related applications and new digital products.
• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.
• Develop backend functionality primarily using Python and contribute to frontend development.
• Build and maintain API integrations with payment providers and third-party platforms.
• Review, understand and improve existing codebases, ensuring code quality, reliability and scalability.
• Develop and enhance analytical tools, including integrating existing AI APIs into business applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and independently implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers on technical architecture and project priorities.
• Maintain technical documentation and manage development tasks using Jira and Confluence.

What You Bring

• Solid professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Senior Software Developer, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong hands-on Python development experience.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or fintech, including practical experience with payment solutions and integrations.
• Strong understanding of API development, system architecture and third-party integrations.
• Experience with WordPress development and customization.
• Ability to independently deliver complete technical solutions, from architecture and implementation to production.
• Practical experience integrating third-party AI APIs into applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a small team while taking full ownership of assigned projects.
• Experience building analytical tools and workflow automation.
