We’re partnering with a fast-growing electronic money institution that builds high-performance payment infrastructure for global e-commerce and complex, regulated industries — covering everything from business accounts and payment operations to integrated infrastructure and merchant acquiring solutions. They’re looking for a Senior PM to own the build-out of their acquiring ecosystem — payment gateway infrastructure, card scheme integrations, merchant onboarding, and end-to-end transaction experience. You’ll sit close to leadership, shape real product decisions, and move at pace.
What You’ll Do
- Define the acquiring roadmap and own prioritisation calls — build vs. integrate
- Lead initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration
- Own the full transaction lifecycle: authorisation, clearing, settlement, chargebacks
- Work directly with Visa and Mastercard on mandates, rule changes, and compliance
- Drive wallet integrations (Apple Pay, Google Pay) and payment gateway infrastructure
- Design and iterate on merchant onboarding, payment flows, and transaction journeys
- Define KPIs across performance, reliability, and commercial outcomes
- Act as the bridge between business, engineering, compliance, and external partners
What we’re looking for
- 4–6+ years in product management within payments, acquiring, or fintech
- Solid grasp of the full acquiring lifecycle and card scheme operations
- Experience in regulated, fast-moving environments
- Strong analytical mindset — you make good calls with imperfect data
- Clear communicator with an ownership mentality and bias for action
- Adaptable, energetic, and genuinely good to work with — we take the work seriously, not ourselves
